John wrote out these words for me a while ago before his transplant.
We both loved to sing this song and even though he was so poorly, he would always express his love to me.
Many have asked if there will be a particular dress code. As we come together on Tuesday, despite the sadness we all feel, we would also like to remember the joy John brought to our lives in what we wear. Please feel free to wear colour.
There is limited parking at the Church. Parking is available in the surrounding streets and the multi-storey car park is approx. 10 minutes walk away.

John's Funeral and Remembrance Service will be held at 2pm on Tuesday 11th March.
Location: Christ Church, 91 Coombe Rd, New Malden, Surrey, KT3 4RE.
This will be followed by a committal at Putney Vale Crematorium at 3.20p.m. mainly for members of the immediate family. They will return to Christ Church shortly afterwards to join those who are able to remain for light refreshments.
All who would like to be with us are warmly invited to attend.
For those coming by public transport the nearest main line station is New Malden, South West trains.
